Queso Diego Cheese Club
Interested in learning about, tasting and making cheese?
For more than 13 years, Queso Diego is the premier club for cheese and cheese making enthusiasts! Queso Diego has meetings and events to learn, network and share to promote the art and craft of home and artisan cheesemaking in San Diego and surrounding areas. Our regular meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of each month at AleSmith Brewing at 6:30pm. [Add future meeting topics here]. Our club members range from “never made cheese before” to “advanced home cheese maker,” making Bries, Goudas, Cheddars, Blues and more… everyone is welcome!
The Club also has a library of equipment and microbes/cheese cultures available to club members, and conducts cheese making classes periodically. Guests are welcome to check out a couple meetings to see if the Club is a good fit. Current annual membership dues are $20 (or $30 for household).
